Power Rangers is getting closer to its release date, and with each passing day, we get a few more details about the film. Since the film is based on the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series from the ‘90s, fans have been wondering if any of the old rangers from the original series might make an appearance in the film. 

Well.....

 For such fans, good news is afoot. Thanks to the release of the film's production notes, we now know that 2 original Power Rangers will be appearing in the new film.These two former Rangers have strong ties to the franchise, and have been huge representatives of Power Rangers for decades. We most definitely talking about Amy Jo Johnson and Jason David Frank, the original Pink and Green Rangers. 

It’s great that Amy Jo Johnson and Jason David Frank will be making cameos in Power Rangers, and it's just another sign that the new film will honor the legacy of the Power Rangers franchise. It’s great that we get to see two of the most iconic Rangers on screen again, and let’s hope the new film lives up to the show’s legacy. You can catch Power Rangers in theaters on March 24, 2017.  I know I will.
